How does AllCare differ from traditional medical offices.

AllCare Health & Healing is Northwest Ohio's first patient designed ideal medical clinic of its kind known as Direct Primary Care. In this setting healthcare practitioners are paid directly by patients, rather than insurance companies. We're cutting out the middle man, along with the hassles and high prices.

Is AllCare Health & Healing available for emergency medical situations?

AllCare Health & Healing focuses on non-emergency care; for emergencies, and life-threatening please contact local 911 emergency services immediately.

Our service encompass's medical exams and testing without the need for a trip to the ER or Urgent Care. By addressing your acute medical needs we aim to minimize unnecessary costs to help you avoid reaching your deductible. 

 

What does the membership fee cover

The fee covers excellent primary care through unlimited visit, annual wellness exams, well-child exams, sports or school physicals, basic office procedures, treatment of acute illness or mior injuries and direct access to your provider with minimal wait times, You can make contact by appointment, or our secure messaging app for a quick message. 

What insurance do you take?

At this time we do NOT accept any insurance plans. In order to ensure that our practitioner has the time to devote to your care and to deliver the acces and convenience our patients need, we are not able to accept the restrictions and times demands imposed by private insurance companies. However, patients with insurance are welcome to join and you are still able to use your insurance for care that takes place outside of our clinic. 

What if I decide to cancel?

We expect to have an open, honest, respectful relationship with you. We have a minimum commitment of 90 days, however, we anticipate a long-term patient/provider realtionship. We do ask you give us a 30 day ntoice if you wish to cancel. We understand things happen. 

How are medical cost managed in your DPC practice?

AllCare makes every effort to find labs, medication and imaging services at a lower costs. If you do find lower cost elsewhere, please let our provider assist you by sending orders, allowing you to use you insurance effectively.
